We’ve just setup a new forum to act as a central point for questions and ideas, for support and feedback and for customers to talk to and help each other. The only questions in there right now are ones that I myself have written, and then also answered. These questions are ones that customers or prospects have asked me recently via email. Hopefully by answering them in the forum the information will be more readily available should anyone have similar questions in future.
This forum will be monitored regularly and will be the fastest way of getting answers to questions, we encourage you to use the forum in preference to email.

I’ve just added a Skype button to the Home, About and Support pages. This button will show my status and if online I will be able to offer support via Skype.
